- 2.2The Website provides information about our programmes, branches and results, and enables enquiries, enrolment steps and the online payment of fees.
- 2.3Programme content, schedules, faculty, branches and support tools may be modified, added to or discontinued from time to time in order to maintain or improve the Services.
3. Eligibility and User Obligations
- 3.1Most Students are minors. Where the Student is a minor, these Terms must be accepted, and all payments made, by the Parent/Guardian on the Student’s behalf. The Parent/Guardian is responsible for the student’s compliance with these Terms.
- 3.2You agree to provide true, current and complete information at the time of enquiry, enrolment and payment, and to keep that information updated.
- 3.3You agree not to misuse the Website. You will not attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the Website in breach of any applicable law.
4. Enrolment and Admission
- 4.1An enquiry or registration does not by itself amount to admission. Admission is confirmed only on allotment of a batch and receipt of the applicable fees or the agreed first instalment.
- 4.2Keystone may decline or withdraw admission for incorrect information, non-payment, or breach of the code of conduct, subject to the Refund Policy.
5. Fees and Payment
- 5.1Fees depend on the programme, board, class and branch. The applicable fee structure, inclusions and payment schedule are communicated by the branch at the time of enrolment. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are charged as per law.
- 5.2Online payments, if any, on or through the Website are processed by a third-party payment aggregator or gateway. By making a payment you also agree to that provider’s terms. Keystone does not collect or store your complete card, bank or UPI credentials. These are handled by the payment provider on its own secure infrastructure.
- 5.3You confirm that the payment instrument used is yours, or that you are authorised to use it. A payment is treated as received only on successful credit to Keystone’s account and confirmation by the payment provider.
- 5.4If an amount is debited but the transaction fails, or a duplicate or erroneous debit occurs, the amount is refunded or reversed in the ordinary course by the payment provider or the bank, usually within the period stipulated by them. Please report any such instance to us promptly with the transaction details.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
- 6.1Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy of Keystone.
- 6.2If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy on a refund matter, the Refund Policy prevails. Refunds, where due, are made only by transfer to the bank account of the Parent or Student. No cash or cheque refunds are made.
7. Intellectual Property
- 7.1All content on the Website and in the Services, including the “Keystone” and “Keystone Universe of Education” names and logos, study materials including Books, Class, Tools, and all videos, notes, question banks, trackers, text, graphics and software, is the proprietary material and/or owned by or licensed to Keystone and is protected by law.
- 7.2Study material and digital tools are provided solely for the enrolled Student’s personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, record, sell, publish or share them, including on social media or messaging groups, or use them to provide competing coaching, without our prior written consent.

Abusive or unlawful messages, or the sharing of Keystone material in breach of Clause 7, may lead to removal from the group and disciplinary action.
- 8.3By enrolling, you consent to receive academic, administrative and transactional communications from Keystone by telephone, SMS, email and WhatsApp.
9. Results, Outcomes and Disclaimers
- 9.1Keystone provides coaching and support services. Academic results, board and entrance examination performance, and college admissions depend on each Student’s own effort and aptitude and on factors beyond our control.
- 9.2Any statement of goals, past results, rankings or aspirational targets, including “Mission 101”, is indicative and motivational. It is not a promise, guarantee or warranty of any particular result, rank, score or admission.
- 9.3The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- 9.4If a student achieves a rank, score, result or other academic distinction, whether now or in the future, you consent to Keystone publishing and displaying the student’s name, photograph, achievement and course details on the Website, in print, and on social media and other promotional material, for the purpose of publicising results. If you do not wish the student’s details to be used in this way, you may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us at contact@keystoneuniverse.com, and we will discontinue further such use.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
- 10.1The Website may link to, or rely on, third-party services such as the payment gateway, analytics providers, maps and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
- 11.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss arising from matters beyond our reasonable control, the acts of the payment provider, or the Student’s own conduct.
- 11.2Without prejudice to the Refund Policy, and in any circumstance, Keystone’s total liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed ½ of the fees actually received by Keystone from the relevant Student for the programme to which the claim relates.
- 11.3Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Indemnity
- 12.1You agree to indemnify and keep Keystone, its directors, employees and faculty harmless against any loss or claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or the Services, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
- 13.1Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at keystoneuniverse.com/privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- 13.2As Students are generally minors, the personal data of a minor is processed on the basis of the consent of the Parent/Guardian, in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
14. Suspension and Termination
- 14.1We may suspend or restrict access to the Website or the Services, or terminate enrolment, for breach of these Terms or of the code of conduct, for non-payment, or where required by law, subject to the Refund Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms and to the Services
- 15.1We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when published on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or the Services after publication amounts to acceptance. The version in force on the date of your transaction or use applies.
16. Force Majeure
- 16.1Keystone is not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, epidemic or pandemic, government action, strikes, or the failure of utilities, internet or payment infrastructure.

19. General
- 19.1If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- 19.2Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
- 19.3These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keystone regarding the Website, and supersede any prior oral understandings on that subject.
